History:This cast-iron Baroque cross was made by an unknown author in 1747, as evidenced by the year on the base of the cross. The pedestal is also decorated with a relief of St. Florian. Unfortunately, after the deportation of the German population at the end of World War II, the cross was no longer maintained and gradually fell into disrepair. During the second half of the 20th century, the top part of the cross was insulted and lost or destroyed, so that only the pedestal has survived to this day. The plinth was subsequently replaced either in the 1990s or in the first two decades of the 21st century with a new top section, which is still there today.
Impressions:A beautiful Baroque cross, about which I unfortunately found almost no information.
