History:The Baroque rectory building by the architect Octavio Broggio was built at the same time as the church between 1733 and 1735. It is a two-storey very splendid building on a square plan with a bevelled west front. A central bay with a triangular gable and a portal decorated with volute-like twisted cornices slightly protrudes in front of the nine-bay façade. The ground-floor spaces are vaulted with roll vaults, and a combination of roll and cross vaulting is used on the staircase. The rooms on the first floor transition into the ceiling by means of a fabion. An outbuilding was built behind the rectory. At the beginning of the 1990s the rectory was renovated and subsequently a restaurant was set up, which was still there at the time of my visit.

Impressions:A beautiful Baroque building that resembles a castle rather than a parsonage.
