History:This farmstead was built in the typical local folk style at the latest during the first half of the 19th century, as it is already recorded on the cadastral map from 1824 - 1843, but it may be even older. The farmhouse was built as a two-storey building, with a brick ground floor and a partly timbered, half-timbered first floor, which is covered with a gabled roof and timbered gables. During the 2nd half of the 20th century or early 21st century the property underwent inappropriate alterations, with the addition of a hallway and a balcony door on the first floor being broken through instead of a window. Even so, the homestead still retains its original appearance and is thus a beautiful example of the original local architecture.
