History:This beautiful baroque chapel was created by an unknown author in 1769. Baroque statues of St. Michael, St. Joseph, St. John and a statue of the Virgin Mary from the second half of the 18th century were placed in the chapel. Inside there was also a painting of St. Florian with three saints from 1769. Under the displacement of the indigenous population at the end of World War II, the chapel gradually began to deteriorate and the interior furnishings were gradually destroyed and stolen. Fortunately, the painting and statues were taken away by the conservationists in 1979, restored and placed in the Chomutov District Museum. In 1992 the chapel was partially reconstructed. This reconstruction was not sufficient, so in 2010 the preparation for the total reconstruction and rescue of the chapel began, which took place in 2013.
