History:This interesting villa was built according to plans by an unknown author sometime during the second half of the 19th century or at the beginning of the 20th century in the Empire style. The villa was built as a two-storey brick building covered with a half-hipped roof. In the 1950s this villa underwent alterations to give it its current appearance.
