History:This townhouse or villa was built sometime around the mid-19th century or during the 2nd half of the 19th century, as it is shown on the 1824-1843 cadastral map as a house to be built. The house was built as a single storey brick structure with an ornate classical façade. The house has survived in this form to the present day.
