Set in 1526 China, the play follows the protagonist Shao Jun, who is the last member of the Chinese Assassin Brotherhood. The game takes place after the death of Ezio Auditore, after he trained Shao Jun, who visited him in Florence (the movie Assassin's Creed: Embers), and will follow her desire for revenge.
