History:This homestead was probably built sometime between 1709 and 1722 as part of the Jewish ghetto, which was founded by the then owner of the estate. It was probably originally a ground-floor Baroque farmhouse, which underwent classical alterations in the 19th century, giving it its present two-storey appearance. A garage was added to the farmhouse during the 20th century, but it still retains the original plan that the building had on the 1824-1843 cadastral map.
