History:This small cave or mining work was probably created as a small exploration tunnel for mining iron ore. Exactly when this cave was created is unknown to me. It is also unknown to me why this cave is called the Knight Charles Cave or what the legend of this place is. The cave is located under a rocky outcrop and is approximately 1-2 m long. On the sides of the cave you can see traces of the hand stamping of this adit, from which I conclude that it must have been stamped here in the 17th century at the latest, but it may well be of medieval origin. But this is just my guess and I will not put my hand in the fire for this information.
Impressions:An interesting small mining work, about which unfortunately I have found almost no information.
