History:This townhouse was built in the Gothic style probably in the second half of the 14th century. The house underwent a Renaissance reconstruction during the 15th century, which may be the time when the arcade, which is still preserved today, was built. During the 18th century, the house underwent a Baroque rebuilding and finally a Classical rebuilding in the 19th century, which essentially gave the house its present appearance. The only alterations the house has seen since was during the second half of the 20th century when the house received new windows and in the 1990s the house was renovated. It is a two-storey brick building with an arcade, which is covered by a mansard roof.
