History:This beautiful Baroque statue was created by an unknown artist in 1737. The statue was probably created on the initiative of the Jesuit Order, which at that time administered this parish from the town of Chomutov. After the removal of the German population at the end of World War II, the statue ceased to be maintained and gradually fell into disrepair. At the time of my visit, the statue was in a dilapidated state.
